A common phenomenon we see with our clients, before they join us of course.
A successful life academically, within careers, at wealth building, in the family environment and an inspiring social circle.
Whilst falling consistently short in attempts associated to health or mental and physical wellness.
When it comes to work, family and social life, there is an immediate effect of not taking action.
At work, you either lose business or in the worst case scenario lose your job.
At home, you create a hostile environment if you consistently don't take action.
In your social life, you break trust and lose friendships when you don't show up.
Whilst with your health, it can be blown off, over and over again for years until the cumulative effect is disease.
"I am not blowing it off, I am trying a diet and doing an online class a few times a week."
In most instances, you aren't dieting or showing up to these classes.
You are planning to do so and that feels SO GOOD! Almost like you are actually taking control of your health. Yet, planning isn't action.
With action there is a good chance of failure at some stage. Failing to eat a healthy meal or failing to complete the online class.
The chance of failure feels awful, you don't fail whilst you are planning so it is easier to stay in that cycle.
Planning gets you nowhere, imperfect action is a far more rewarding in the long term!
