Losing weight for most people goes wrong the moment they go on google, type in fat loss workout and start a new diet plan.
There is a reason that 83% of dieters will regain the weight they lose during a diet and put in back on plus a little more once the diet is over!
The reason for this is multi faceted, the intentions and actions seem logical but the reason they fail so badly over and over is that a diet isn’t personal.
The reason you are where you are today is because you are a product of your culture, personal values, life experiences, upbringing, belief systems and your physical, social and mental environment.
The diets are marketed well to suggest they can be a fix to these, but you don’t buy solutions to these in a book, but you can start to reflection on this and help define a clear pathway to avoid long term disappointment.
Start with one question, how do I feel before, during and after you choose to eat or exercise, log the answer and step back and enjoy the progress!
I would recommend putting pen to paper to begin logging this, simplicity is important when you begin and as you become more confident, begin tracking on apps and adding more questions to the equation!
