Spend a week measuring one aspect of each area.

Lifestyle- what time you go to bed?

Activity- how many steps do you get each day?

Nutrition- how many snacks do you have a day?

Health- what is your resting heart rate?

The next week define clear targets for each area that you can measure. For example, with your lifestyle, aim to get to bed 10 minutes earlier each day, add another 500 steps per day in total compared to the week before for your activity, remove one snack or add the snack to the end of a meal to break the habit and then see how these small changes impact your health through your reassessing resting heart rate.

The week after, assess which objectives worked well and which ones didn’t, be consistent on the ones that did and adapt the objectives that didn’t.

This is the basic principle of building self awareness, making objectives achievable and measurable, taking personal responsibility of each one and empowering yourself to adapt the approach based on the results.
