The truth is everything you let into your mind will have an effect. Saying you want a little more fitness or a little better health won’t get you far, you have to 10x your reason why and the plan of action!

The fact is there are some very simple changes you can make to your lifestyle that will help you reduce the negative effect of stress on your body fat levels, your ability to sleep and your productivity.
