Hello, my name is Bal Sidhu. I am a qualified personal trainer and online fitness coach.
My passion is to help individuals achieve their fitness goals and improve their long term health.
I spent 20 years working in senior management within healthcare, where I ran a successful business and helped many individuals achieve their career goals.
My motivation to help others with their health arose as I witnessed and experienced poor health practices within the corporate environment, with there being limited to no support to help individuals overcome issues and lead a happier work/life balance.
My journey has never been a direct and easy path, resulting in corporate stress and a deterioration in my own health.
As a young child and to my early 20’s I was very active. I studied martial arts, played football and was a regular at the gym. I was a slim kid and found it very hard to put on weight. This all changed when my career took priority. Working long and unsociable hours, being in all day meetings, on call 24/7 and interrupted sleep, over time all of these had a negative affect on my health. I suffered from weight gain, poor digestion, skipped meals, posture problems and joint pains.
Over the last 2 years I have been honoured and privileged to be mentored by the best coach within the industry; Juggy Sidhu. I have managed to turn my health around and found a new career, reigniting the passion as to why I originally got into healthcare; to make a difference and help people.
I do not adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Every journey is unique and all plans are bespoke, customised and tailored to the individual and their needs. If you are reading this then it means you are thinking of making a positive change in your life.
