Turkey Keema Recipe
1.Chop the onion, garlic, ginger and chillies together in a food processor.
2.Heat with a little water in a pan under low heat until the mixture becomes fragrant.
3.Fry the turkey mince in the pan and stir as it begins to brown.
4.Add the spices and stir for 1 munute before adding the tomatoes and bringing it to simmer.
5.Cook this for 1 minute and add a little water if the mixture needs more moisture.
6.Leave to cook for around 30 minutes before adding the frozen peas and a coriander.
