You may think so, in fact it is a clear sign that you are lacking the resilience to cope with the demands.
In the short term you may feel ok living for the weekend, in the long term you are on the way to burn out, unless you make a change right now.
If you are on the path to burnout, the change has to be tactful and it needs to be simple for consistency.
Overhauling your life in one day won't last.
It is like all the diet stories you hear, people going "Keto", cutting out sugar and swapping meals for shakes.
Great whilst it lasts, the problem is, it doesn't last.
Try these 3 objectives today:
1. Start your day with 1 litre of clear water before eating and drinking
2. Find the opportunity to walk more, switch one Zoom meeting for a phone call and walk around the room
3. Brain dump your entire list of tasks to onto a piece of paper, be strategic in your planning and choose the top 3 that will make the biggest impact.
